DISTRICT CONTEST RULES 2009-2010 Note: | 1 | | Unless otherwise specified or implied, the period of the contest will be from 1st July 2009 to 31 May 2010 | | 2 | | For the purpose of these rules, clubs are grouped into 3 categories as follows: | | | A | Clubs with membership of 35 members and above as on 1st July 2009. | | | B | Clubs with membership from 25 members to 34 members as on 1st July 2009. | | | C | Clubs with membership upto 24 members on 1st July 2009. | | 3 | | District Office means the Lions District Office at T.C. 28/551, Kailash, Krishnan Kovil Road, Kaithamukku Trivandrum - 695 024. | | 4 | | Points will be awarded for activities reported through the Monthly Activities Reports only. Please ensure to report all the activities to be reported through MAR, even if intimated separately. | | 5 | | Clubs which do not remit the International, District & Multiple District dues of the first half of the Lionistic year on or before 30th September 2009 and second half dues on or before 28th February 2010 will not be considered in the District Contest or for Awards. | | 6 | | Minimum amount of all Service Activities for 2009-10 should not be less than an amount equal to the number of members as on 1st July 2009 multiplied by Rupees Eight Hundred. | | 7 | | In order to claim points for service Activities given in part III, action Photographs along with the certificate from the Programme and Project Observer of the respective Region is to be produced. | | 8 | | All correspondence should be sent to the District Office only. |
