DISTRICT CONTEST RULES 2010-2011 Note: | 1 | | Unless otherwise specified or implied, the period of the contest will be from 1stJuly 2010 to 31 May 2011 | | 2 | | For the purpose of these rules, clubs are grouped into 4 categories as follows: | | | A | Clubs with membership of 35 members and above as on 1stJuly 2010. | | | B | Clubs with membership from 25 members to 34 members as on 1st July 2010. | | | C | Clubs with membership up to 24 members as on 1st July 2010. | | | D | Clubs formed on or after 1st January, 2010. | | 3 | | District Office means the Lions District Office at T.C. 36/1925, Eanchackal, Vallakkadavu P.O., Trivandrum -695 008 | | 4 | | Points will be awarded for activities reported through the Monthly Activities Reports only. Please ensure to report all the activities to be reported through MAR, even if intimated separately. | | 5 | | Clubs which do not remit the International, District & Multiple District dues of the first half of the Lionistic year on or before 30th September 2010 and second half dues on or before 28th February 2011 will not be considered in the District Contest or for Awards. | | 6 | | In order to claim points for service Activities given in part III, action Photographs along with the detailed report in the Format supplied by the District is to be submitted. | | 7 | | All correspondence should be sent to the District Office only. |
